  • Born in Sencelles, AMARGÉRO is a bitter orange liqueur that tells a story of Mallorcan heritage. It begins with fully ripe bitter oranges, a fruit that has thrived on the island for more than four centuries. This small-batch liqueur is a true collaboration, handcrafted in partnership with a family-owned distillery that has been perfecting its craft for 120 years. Much of the process is done by hand, with each bottle filled without additives or filtering, preserving the pure essence of the island's unique oranges.

  • In the serene, rural heart of Mallorca, nestled between the towns of Sencelles and Binissalem, lies our four-hectare piece of land. Since 2017, we have cultivated this beautiful space, which is now home to a vibrant orchard of over 500 trees and more than 20 different species.

    Wander through groves of ancient olives (Arbequina and Picual) and graceful almonds. Discover a rich tapestry of citrus, including sweet and bitter oranges, grapefruits, mandarins, lemons, limes, and bergamots. Here, you'll also find numerous pomegranate trees and a variety of other fruit trees, all thriving in the quiet landscape of the island's interior.

  • Vermut Luis Adolfo y Lorenzo is a tribute to the family of Rafa Martín from Brassclub, born from endless conversations between three passionate friends: Rafa, vermouth and wine lover Luis Adolfo, and cocktail enthusiast Lorenzo. A delicious and well-balanced vermouth, it's perfect for enjoying over your own endless conversations at the bar.

    A bitter black vermouth, it’s ideal for cocktails and perfect for drinking in the sun, cold from the fridge. Crafted with the indigenous Malvasia grape planted by Vinyes Mortitx, it then macerates for months with botanicals selected by La Vermutera. These include both Mediterranean such as wormwood and lemon verbena, as well as classics such as rosemary, grapefruit and cloves.

  • We are based in Llubí, a small town in the center of the Spanish island of Mallorca with a long tradition of making spirits and liqueurs. Five operating stills coexisted in this town towards the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. In addition to sharing the same town, we also follow a production method which is very similar to that used by our predecessors. Our gins are distilled in a copper still only using natural ingredients. We have artisan certification nº 904 granted by the Consell de Mallorca.

  • Our London Dry gins are a testament to quality. Each is a single-distillation spirit at 42% ABV, crafted by blending all botanicals at once and never adding artificial additives.

    Gin Mercant is a gin that defies expectations. Its unique character comes from a blend of warming spices like cinnamon, liquorice, nutmeg, and orange peel, resulting in a rich, pleasant flavor that stands out from the crowd.

    Gin Mascori is the perfect opposite—a bright, fruity gin bursting with authentic lemon flavor. It creates a crisp, refreshing gin and tonic, alive with the aromas of fresh flowers and fruit.
