Created in collaboration with Destilerias Acha, the oldest distillery in the Spanish Basque region, Manuel Rojo blends centuries-old distilling expertise with a contemporary approach. The base spirit is produced using a historic cognac still from 1831 that remains in operation at the distillery.
This unique vermouth is crafted with Airén grapes from Navarra, chosen for its fresh, neutral character that let’s the botanicals take center stage. A final touch of caramel adds just the right hint of sweetness.
Modern in expression, Manuel Rojo is blanced, approachable, and versatile. Lower in sugar with a precise touch of bitterness for easy enjoyment over ice, or in cocktails.

Available later this Summer, Manuel Rojo’s alter ego is bracing, salty, savory and completely unexpected. This white Extra Dry Vermouth is inspired by the flavor profile of Basque pickled Guindillas with the salty-sour character balanced by light acidity and bracing freshness. Designed to be sipped cold or to redefine classic cocktails.
The vermouth is crafted with Amontillado (oxidated white wine from Andalusia) as well as wine made from Airén grapes from Navarra. It’s our short-cut to the perfect dirty martini – just add gin!

Manuel Rojo 15% ABV:
A balanced blend of 30 botanicals including wormwood, cinnamon, vanilla, orange and lemon zest. There is depth and complexity while keeping the profile bright, fresh and effortlessly drinkable.
Aroma: Herbaceous, lightly spiced
Palate: Balanced bitterness, layered botanicals, moderate sweetness
Finish: Clean, persistent, refreshing
Manuel Extra Dry Pickled Guindillas 18% ABV:
At its core, Roman wormwood delivers a vibrant, refreshing bitterness. The expression is elevated with a delicate hint of sea salt and a touch of apple, recreating the bold, mouthwatering essence of pickled Guindilla peppers and creating a strkingly original flavor.
Aroma: Floral, saline
Palate: Crisp, savory, sour

Amargéro Bitter Orange Aperitif

Born in Sencelles, AMARGÉRO is a bitter orange liqueur that tells a story of Mallorcan heritage. It begins with fully ripe bitter oranges, a fruit that has thrived on the island for more than four centuries. This small-batch liqueur is a true collaboration, handcrafted in partnership with a family-owned distillery that has been perfecting its craft for 120 years. Much of the process is done by hand, with each bottle filled without additives or filtering, preserving the pure essence of the island's unique oranges.

In the serene, rural heart of Mallorca, nestled between the towns of Sencelles and Binissalem, lies our four-hectare piece of land. Since 2017, we have cultivated this beautiful space, which is now home to a vibrant orchard of over 500 trees and more than 20 different species.
Wander through groves of ancient olives (Arbequina and Picual) and graceful almonds. Discover a rich tapestry of citrus, including sweet and bitter oranges, grapefruits, mandarins, lemons, limes, and bergamots. Here, you'll also find numerous pomegranate trees and a variety of other fruit trees, all thriving in the quiet landscape of the island's interior.

A deeply expressive and modern Mediterranean take on the classic Vermut Rosso. Crafted in Mallorca by Brassclub’s Rafa Martín in collaboration with La Vermutera, this small-batch vermouth begins with the native Malvasia grape from Vinyes Mortitx and macerates for months with botanicals chosen by La Vermutera. The infusion balances local herbs such as lemon verbena and myrtle with traditional spices like wormwood, clove, anise, and cardamom. The result is a radiant dark brown elixir elegant chilled or over ice with an orange twist, and equally at home in a Negroni, a Manhattan variation, or simply as an aperitif on its own. This is a conversation worthy vermouth that captures the warmth, balance, and botanical complexity of the Mediterranean while honoring timeless Spanish tradition of vermut.

We are based in Llubí, a small town in the center of the Spanish island of Mallorca with a long tradition of making spirits and liqueurs. Five operating stills coexisted in this town towards the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. In addition to sharing the same town, we also follow a production method which is very similar to that used by our predecessors. Our gins are distilled in a copper still only using natural ingredients. We have artisan certification nº 904 granted by the Consell de Mallorca.

Our London Dry gins are a testament to quality. Each is a single-distillation spirit at 42% ABV, crafted by blending all botanicals at once and never adding artificial additives.

Gin Sorient is an elegant, exotic gin that marries the best of two worlds. It combines fresh ingredients from Mallorca—think crisp apples and zesty lemons—with rich botanicals from India and Nepal. This creates a beautifully balanced spirit with layers of herbal, fruity, and citrus notes.
