  • AMARGÉRO is crafted in Sencelles from fully ripe Mallorcan bitter oranges, which have been cultivated for over 400 years on the island. We partner with a family-owned, local distillery that has been in the same ownership for 120 years. Much of the process is done by hand, in the very small quantities we’re able to produce, and is bottled without any additives or filtering.

  • Clean, crisp and 100% natural, with no additives or artificial flavors. Balanced and subtle, with classic bitter notes. Perfect chilled alone, or as a great foundation to citrus forward cocktails.

  • In the quiet and rural interior of Mallorca between Sencelles and Binissalem, we have been cultivating an approx. 4 hectare piece of land since 2017. More than 20 different tree species grow here, a total of more than 500 trees. In addition to olives (Arbequina and Picual) and almonds, we grow various types of citrus (sweet oranges, bitter oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, limes, bergamots), numerous pomegranate trees and other fruit trees.

Vermut Luis Adolfo y Lorenzo

  • A tribute to the family of Rafa Martín from Brassclub, born from endless bar counter conversations with Luis Adolfo, a vermouth and wine lover, and Lorenzo, a cocktail enthusiast. A delicious and well balanced vermouth, perfect for enjoying during endless bar counter conversations.

    A bitter black vermouth, ideal for cocktails and perfect for drinking in the sun, cold from the fridge. Born from the indigenous Malvasia grape planted by Vinyes Mortitx, which macerates for months with botanicals selected by La Vermutera. These include both Mediterranean and classic ones such as rosemary, grapefruit and cloves.

    Smell: Expressive aromas with hints of sweet fruits such as orange and raisins, and a depth of more bitter fruits.

Destileria Pareis Mallorca

  • We are based in Llubí, a small town in the center of the Spanish island of Mallorca with a long tradition of making spirits and liqueurs. Five operating stills coexisted in this town towards the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. In addition to sharing the same town, we also follow a production method which is very similar to that usedN ‘U by our predecessors. Our gins are distilled in a copper still only using natural ingredients. We have artisan certification nº 904 granted by the Consell de Mallorca.

  • Our gins have an alcohol content of 42% ABV, they belong to the London Dry kind, and they are distilled only once mixing all the ingredients at the same time and without adding additives after this process.

    Gin Mercant is a totally atypical gin. It stands out for its range of warm aromas that is given by the use of natural spices such as cinnamon, liquorice, nutmeg or orange peel that results in a tasty and pleasant flavor.

    Gin Mascori is a totally opposite Mercant gin, it is markedly fruity and citric with an authentic lemon taste. Mixed with tonic, it results in a super fresh gin and tonic with the aroma of flowers and natural fruit.

    Gin Sorient is a delicate and exotic gin that blends fresh ingredients from Mallorca such as apples and lemons with oriental botanicals from India and Nepal.
    It has a very well balanced tasty and elegant taste made up of several nuances: herbal, fruity and a citrus point. It is so fine that you can drink it pure.
