The result is a thoughtful portfolio of undiscovered and exceptional finds from Mallorca, Basque Country, and other under-the-radar spots. Driven by the same passion for discovery that took us to the Balearic Islands, our journey has led us north to the rugged, gastronomic heart of the Basque Country. In our search for the passionate outsiders defining small-batch perfection, we uncovered a hidden gem: a vibrant, modern Vermouth expression produced in partnership with the oldest, most legendary distillery in the region. Manuel Vermut Rojo is a collision of ancient heritage and a bold new wave of flavor. This exceptional small-production Vermouth is now in-stock. Rojo’s crazy alter-ego is Manuel Extra Dry “Pickled Guindillas”—savory, salty, briny and unexpected. Currently in final approvals, we should have this one early Summer.
