Driven by the same passion for discovery that took us to the Balearic Islands, our journey has led us north to the rugged, gastronomic heart of the Basque Country. In our search for the passionate outsiders defining small-batch perfection, we uncovered a hidden gem: a vibrant, modern Vermouth expression produced in partnership with the oldest, most legendary distillery in the region. It is a collision of ancient heritage and a bold new wave of flavor. This exceptional small-production Vermouth is currently making its way across the Atlantic.
